| Determination of total polysaccharides in Anemarrhena asphodeloides |

| Abstract:OBJECTIVE To determine the content of total polysaccharides in rhizome,root and leaf of Anemarrhena asphodeloides Bunge. METHODS colorimetry was used. CONCLUSION The content of total polysaccharides in rhizome is the highest,and varies greatly in samples (rhizome)which are collected from different districts but in the same developing stage. |
