| Determination of baicalin and chlorogenic acid in the shuanghuanglian oral solution by thin Layer chromatography-scanning |

| Abstract:OBJECTIVE To build up a quantitative determination method of shuanghuanglian oral solution. METHODS Thin layer chromatography-scanning was used. RESULTS Good linearity,precision and recovery is obtained. CONCLUSION The method can be successfully employed to determine baicalin and chlorogenic acid in the shuanghuanglian oral solution. |
