| 中文摘要:本文报道用盐酸液(0.1mol/L)作溶剂,以转篮法测定甲苯磺酸托氟沙星胶囊的溶出度,按本实验测得的吸收系数(E1cm1%)为738计算主药的溶出量.本法简便、灵敏、准确,甲苯磷酸托氟沙星的平均回收率为100.2%,RSD=0.45%(n=8). |

| Study of determination method of dissolution of tosufloxacin tosylate capsules |

| Abstract:A basket method was employed for determination of dissolution Of tosufloxacin tosylate capsules with hydrochloride acid solution (0.1mol/L) as medium. Calculated the dissolution of tesufloxacin tosylate,taking 738 as the value of A(1%, 1cm) that it was determinated by this test. This method was simple and accurate.The average recovery was 100.2%, RSD=0.45% (n=8). |
