| 中文摘要:制马钱子在40～80mg/kg范围内,对小鼠具有明显的剂量依赖性抗炎镇痛作用,小于40mg/kg时仅有抗炎作用,大于80mg/kg时连续用药毒性增强,还可使小鼠胸腺重量明显增加.小鼠po LD50为140.13±14.74mg/kg.提示该药用量须适宜. |

| Dose-effect relationship and toxicity of Strychnos nux-vomica L |

| Abstract:It is evident that anti-inflammation and analgesia in dose-dependent of Strychnos nux-vomica L. from 40mg/kg to 80mg/kg, when the dose less than 40mg/kg it only showed anti-inflammation, its toxicity increased when more than 80mg/kg. Strychnos nux-vomica L. also might increase evidently the weight of thymus. The po LD50 in mice was 140.13±14.74mg/kg. The results suggested that the dose of Strychnos nux-vomica L. must be suitable. |
