| 中文摘要:本文采用双波长一无线性回归分光光度法对雾灵鼻通中盐酸麻黄碱、地塞米松磷酸钠、庆大霉素3组份的含量进行了定量分析,其平均回收率分别为99.94%,100.13%,99.86%,RSD分别为0.80%、0.69%,0.60%.应用本法原理简单,测定点少,计算量少. |

| Quantitative analysis of wu-ling bi tong nasal drops by dual-wabelength linear regression spectrophotometry |

| Abstract:A dual-wavelength linear regression spectrophotometry has been used for the simultaeous determination of ephedrine hydrochloride (1). albacort phosphate (2). gentamicin(3) in wu-ling bt tong nasal drops. The recovery averaged 99.94%. 100.13% and 99.86% for (1), (2) and (3), respectively. The RSD were 0.8%, 0.69% and 0.60%, respeectively. The rationale of the method is simply. Determinatied points can be few. Calculation is not compliated. |
