| Determination of ketoconazole in compound ketoconazole ointment by secord derivative spectrophotometry |

| Abstract:The paper reports the direct determination of ketoconazole in compound ketoconazole cintment by second derivative spectrophotometry.The result shows that this method is simple, aceurate and reproducible.The calibration curve is linear in the range of 16 to 48μg/ml, r =0.9994, RSD = 0.65%. |
