| Column-switching HPLC technique and its application to analysing complex samples |

| Abstract:This article systematically introduced the appearance, development, radical principle and methods of column-switching HPLC technique. A review on this technique being applicated to analysing complex biological and non-biological samples was presented. Trend of its being combined with other techniques in future was discussed. |
