中文摘要:香菇多糖系从福建产香菇(Lentinus)的子实体中提取,经DEAE纤维柱层析和分级沉淀法等纯化后得到的葡聚糖,其分子量为10-70万。经甲醇解气相分析,高碘酸氧化,Smith降解、甲基化、气相色谱、气-质谱分析,证明多分枝结构为β(1→6)分支链的以β(1→3)为主链的葡聚糖,已制备成香菇多糖注射液,对慢性病毒性肝炎,肿瘤有较好的治疗作用[1-3].

The study of lentinan
Abstract:Lentinan is the dextran which is extracted from the seed of lentinus edodes(Berk)sing produced in Fujian province by DEAE cellulose chromatography and graded precipitation. Its molecular weight is 10-70×104 dalton. With methanol decomposition, periodic acid oxidation, Smithdegradation,methylation, gas chromatography and gaschromatography-mass spectrometer analysis, it was confirmed that the poly-branched structure is dextran with β(1→3)branched chain and β(1→3)main chain, Lentinan injection has been prepared. It has effect for the treatment of chronic virus hepatitis and tumor.
