| UV-Spectrophotometric determination of paracetamol in its effervescent tablet |

| Abstract:A UV-Spectrophotometric method was successfully used at 257±1nm for determination of paracetamol in its effervescent tablet. The linear relationship between concentration and absorbance was well. The correlation coefficient was 0.99998, the average recovery 99.94%, and the coefficient of variation was 0.20%. The results show that method is simple, rapid and accurate. |
