中文摘要:目的 测定维生素E微囊在健康家兔体内的药物动力学参数.方法 6只健康家兔随机交叉灌胃服用维生素E微囊,并用紫外分光光度法测定血浆中的血药浓度.结果 经PKPB-N1程序包拟合,药-时曲线符合一级吸收的双室模型.动物服用维生素E微囊后,血浆中药物T1/2Ka=3.246±1.667h,T1/2a=7.150±1.899h,T1/2β=38.305±3.34h,达峰时间是12.10±3.807h,达峰浓度是8.652±2.404mg/L,曲线下面积为264.56±90.69.mg/L. |

Abstract:The pharmacokineties of vitamine E microcapsules were studied. Concentration of plasma was determined by UV after ig 100mg/kg Vitamin E of vitamin E microcapsules being given rabbits.The pharmacokineties of vitamin E fitted to a two-compartment medal with lag time using PKBP-N1 program. The results of vitamin E microcapsules is: t1/2Ka=3. 246±1.667h, t1/2α=7.150±1.899, t1/2β=38.305±13.34h, Cmax=8.625±2.404mg/L;Tmax=12. 10±3.807;AUC0~∞=298.36±80.20h·mg/L. |
