中文摘要:目的 曲马多是一种非麻醉类中枢药性镇痛药,且具有成瘾性。因此,监测尿液中曲马多对于安全有效地给药是必要的。方法 针对尿液中复杂的基质环境,采用液-液萃取( LLE )这一简单、经济且高效的前处理方法来避免干扰,并使用表面增强拉曼光谱(SERS)检测尿液样品中的曲马多。结果 建立曲马多的定量曲线 y = 204.35 x - 465.62,R2= 0.9904,曲马多的检测限(S/N=3)为0.53 μg/mL。结论 SERS的灵敏度比常规方法明显提高,且具有合理的重现性。该检测方法是一种快速、可靠、简便的方法,可应用于具有成瘾性、依赖性及治疗窗较窄等存在潜在不适当的药物在临床上治疗药物监测(TDM)。

Rapid determination of Tramadol in urine by surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy
Abstract:Objective:Tramadol is a non-narcotic centrally acting analgesic with addictive properties. Therefore, monitoring of urinary tramadol is necessary for safe and effective administration. Methods:In view of the complex matrix environment in urine, liquid-liquid extraction (LLE) is used as a simple, economical and efficient pre-treatment method to avoid interference, and surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) is used to detect trama in urine samples. Results :A quantitative curve of tramadol was established with y = 204.35 x - 465.62, R2= 0.9904, and the detection limit of tramadol (S/N=3) was 0.53 μg/mL. Conclusion:The sensitivity of SERS is significantly higher than that of conventional methods, and it has reasonable reproducibility. This detection method is a fast, reliable, and simple method that can be used in clinical therapeutic drug monitoring (TDM) of potentially inappropriate drugs with addiction, dependence, and narrow therapeutic windows.
