中文摘要:隐丹参酮(CTS)作为一种高效低毒的天然化合物,在各器官组织中具有良好的抗纤维化作用,但目前其作用机制尚未明确,且无系统的文献综述对其抗纤维化潜在机制进行描述。笔者综述了隐丹参酮治疗各脏器纤维化的疗效及其机制,并提出了未来展望。

Research progress of cryptotanshinone on anti-fibrosis and its mechanism
Abstract:As a natural compound with high efficiency and low toxicity, cryptotanshinone (CTS) has a good anti-fibrosis effect in various organs and tissues. However, its mechanism of action has not been clearly defined, and there is no systematic literature review to describe its potential anti-fibrosis mechanism. The efficacy and mechanism of cryptotanshinone in the treatment of fibrosis in various organs were summarized and the use prospects were put forward in this paper.
