| 中文摘要:目的 验证中药材立式快速徒手切片法的可行性及操作难易性，并为不同类型药材徒手切片方法提供参考及思路。方法 选择不同类具有代表性的药材采用立式快速徒手切片法显微制片，观察其切制效果。结果 实验表明，大多数药材用此方法在几分钟之内就可获得符合检验/检测要求的显微切片。结论 立式快速徒手切片法迅速有效，简单实用，可广泛用于中药材显微鉴定的徒手切片，且符合《中国药典》关于显微鉴定的要求。 |

| The fast-bare-handed vertical slicing method for dry Chinese herbal medicine |

| Abstract:Objective To verify the feasibility and maneuverability of fast bare-handed vertical slicing method for dry Chinese herbal medicine, and to provide reference of this method for different types of medicinal materials.Methods Several representative medicinal herbs were randomly selected in the market to make micro-slices using the top-slicing method to observe its cutting effect.Results Experiments showed that microscopic slices can be obtained for most herbs in a few minutes, which can be used for identification and quality testing.Conclusion This method is fast, effective, simple and practical. It meets the requirements of pharmacopoeia for microscopic identification. This method deserves for promotion. |
