中文摘要:目的 对采自西沙群岛的隋氏蒂壳海绵(Theonella swinhoei)的次生代谢产物进行研究。方法 运用溶剂分步萃取以及减压柱色谱、中压柱色谱、薄层色谱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱、高效液相色谱及液质联用等多种色谱分离与分析手段,对隋氏蒂壳海绵的石油醚和二氯甲烷萃取部位进行分离纯化,通过化合物的理化性质及波谱数据,结合文献进行结构鉴定。结果 共分离得到8个化合物,分别鉴定为cholest-7-ene-3β,5α,6β-triol(1),ergosta-7,22-diene-3β,5α,6β-triol(2),25-norcycloartane-3β,6α,16β,24-tetraol(3),sinuflexibilin D(4),14-deoxycrassin(5),N-(2-phenylethyl)-(9Z)-tetradecanamide(6),N-(2-phenylethyl)-tetradecanamide(7),7,8-dimethyl-isoalloxazine(8)。结论 化合物1~7首次从Theonella属海绵中分离得到。

Chemical constituents from the marine sponge Theonella swinhoei
Abstract:Objective To investigate the chemical constituents of the marine sponge Theonella swinhoei collected from the Xisha Islands in the South China Sea. Methods The petroleum ether and dichloromethane extract of the marine sponge T. swinhoei were purified by solvent extraction and chromatographic methods including vacuum liquid chromatography(VLC), medium pressure liquid chromatography(MPLC), thin layer chromatography(TLC) on silica gel, high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC), and Sephadex LH-20. The chemical structures were determined by spectroscopic analysis and comparison with the reported data. Results Eight compounds were isolated and their structures were determined as cholest-7-ene-3β,5α,6β-triol (1), ergosta-7,22-diene-3β,5α,6β-triol (2), 25-norcycloartane-3β,6α,16β,24-tetraol (3), sinuflexibilin D (4), 14-deoxycrassin (5), N-(2-phenylethyl)-(9Z)-tetradecanamide(6), N-(2-phenylethyl)-tetradecanamide (7), 7,8-dimethyl-isoalloxazine (8). Conclusion Compounds 1~7 were isolated from the sponge of genus Theonella for the first time.
