| 中文摘要:目的 建立硝矾洗剂中大黄总蒽醌的含量测定方法。方法 采用HPLC法，色谱柱为Kromasil 100-5C18柱（250 mm×4.6 mm，5 μm），流动相：0.1%磷酸-甲醇（15：85），柱温：30 ℃，检测波长：254 nm。结果 芦荟大黄素、大黄酚、大黄酸、大黄素、大黄素甲醚的线性关系良好，样品平均回收率为99.45%，RSD为1.68%。结论 所建方法简便、快速、准确，适用于硝矾洗剂的质量控制。 |

| Determination of total anthraquinones in Xiaofan lotion by HPLC method |

| Abstract:Objective To develop a method for the determination of total anthraquinones in Xiaofan lotion by HPLC. Methods Rhubarb anthraquinones were simultaneously separated and assayed on a Kromasil C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) with the mobile phase of 0.1%phosphoric acid-methanol (15:85) at 30 ℃.The detection wavelength was 207 nm. Results The linear relationship is good for Aloe-emodin and other five standard ingredients. The average recovery was 99.45%, RSD 1.68%. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid and accurate. It is suitable for determination of total anthraquinones in Xiaofan lotion. |
