| 中文摘要:肝细胞癌是中国及全球范围内发病率很高的恶性肿瘤。手术切除一直是治疗肝细胞癌的标准治疗，随着手术技术与支持手段的发展，围手术期风险显著降低，但是术后生存率却不高，高复发率是导致死亡的主要原因。笔者报道了一例肝细胞癌术后复发再行手术等多种治疗的病例，并对肝细胞癌术后复发的危险因素和治疗的新进展进行综述。 |

| Reoperation for recurrence after resection of primary hepatocellular carcinoma: a case report and literature review |

| Abstract:Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is a malignant tumor with high incidence worldwide, especially in China. Surgical resection is the standard therapy for HCC. With the developments of surgical and supportive techniques, perioperative risk is significantly reduced, but the postoperative survival rate is low due to the high recurrence rate. In this article, we report a case with reoperation for recurrence after resection of primary hepatocellular carcinoma, and review the progress in prevention and treatment of recurrence after resection of primary HCC. |
