| 中文摘要:目的 应用白当巴乳膏治疗手足皲裂,观察其疗效。 方法 将104例患者根据皲裂程度分为Ⅰ型、Ⅱ型、Ⅲ型,治疗组53例用白当巴乳膏治疗,对照组51例用尿素乳膏治疗,两组均早、晚以温水浸泡皲裂部位15 min后涂抹相应药膏,皲裂严重部位涂药后以弹性胶布缠敷,20 d为一疗程,通过出血消失、角质软化、皲裂愈合、治愈率4项指标观察治疗效果。 结果 1个疗程内,治疗组53例共治愈50例(94.3%),有效3例(5.7%);对照组51例共治愈45例(88.2%),有效6例(11.8%),差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。 结论 白当巴乳膏治疗手足皲裂,疗效显著, 具有较好的临床应用价值。 手足皲裂; 白当巴乳膏; 疗效 R986 |

| Observation of efficacy of Baidangba cream for hands and feet chap |

| Abstract:Objective To observe the curative effect of Baidangba cream for hands and feet chap.Methods 104 cases were divided into the treatment group and the control group containing typeⅠ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ according to chapped degree. The treatment group was treated by Baidangba cream, where the control group was treated by urea ointment. After 15 min warm water immersion, chapped areas were applied with ointments and severely parts were bandaged with elastic tape, for 20 days.4 indicators to observe the efficacy of treatment including bleeding disappeared, cutting softening, pain alleviate, heal chap.Results The curative rate in the treatment group and the control group was 94.3%(50/53) and 88.2%(45/51), respectively. The effective rate in the treatment group and the control group was 5.7%(3/53) and 11.8% (6/51), respectively. There was significant difference between the two group (P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment with Baidangba cream for hands and feet chap was of significant curative effect. It was quite good in the value of application. |
