| 中文摘要:目的 观察徳莫林(dermlin)换药联合护理治疗浅Ⅱ度烧伤的疗效。方法 将入选患者随机分成试验组和对照组。试验组给予护理联合徳莫林换药,对照组给予护理联合莫匹罗星软膏换药,疗程均为2周。比较两组的临床疗效、愈合时间及感染情况。结果 ①试验组总有效率(97.44%)显著高于对照组(84.62%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=3.924,P=0.048);②试验组平均愈合时间为(12±1.0)d,显著低于对照组(13±1.1)d,差异有统计学意义(t=-4.560,P<0.01);③试验组感染0例,对照组感染4例,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.216,P=0.040)。结论 徳莫林换药联合护理治疗浅Ⅱ度烧伤可提高临床疗效,有利于创面快速愈合和减少继发感染。 |

| Clinical observation of dermlin combined nursing care in treatment of superficial degree Ⅱ burn |

| Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of dermlin combined nursing care in treatment of superficial degree Ⅱ burn.Methods By simple randomization, the patients were assigned to the control group and the observed group(accepted the treatment of dermlin). The difference of the clinical efficacy, healing time and infection complications were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical efficacy in the observed group were significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05), the healing time and infection complications in the observed group were significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Dermlin and nursing care had a good effect in treatment of superficial degree Ⅱ burn. |
