| 中文摘要:目的 运用气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)技术分析中药复方扶正平消胶囊的挥发油成分。方法 采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取扶正平消胶囊挥发油,运用GC-MS技术,结合计算机检索对其挥发油进行分析鉴定。结果 共鉴定出73个挥发油成分,并对其中48个成分进行了药材归属。结论 本研究为扶正平消胶囊的质量控制及进一步临床研究提供了依据。 |

| Analysis of the essential oil from the compound preparation of Fuzhengpingxiao capsule by GC-MS |

| Abstract:Objective To analyze the chemical components of the essential oil from Fuzhengpingxiao capsule by GC-MS.Methods The essential oil was extracted by steam distillation,the chemical components of the essential oil were detected by GC-MS.Peaks and their corresponding compounds were identified through database index. Results 73 chief components from the compound preparation were identified, and the resource herb medicine of 48 components were indicated. Conclusion This study served as a scientific basis for quality control and further clinical research of Fuzhengpingxiao capsule. |
