| 中文摘要:类风湿性关节炎是一种全身性的自身免疫性疾病,病变呈持续、反复发作过程,致残率非常高,是临床难治的疾病之一。目前,常用的治疗药物以非甾体类抗炎药、激素类药物、生物制剂等为主,但由于价格昂贵、长期服用毒副作用大,限制了其应用。中药治疗类风湿性关节炎历史悠久,具有疗效好、毒副作用小的优势。因此,有广泛的应用前景。本文就近年来中药治疗类风湿性关节炎及其临床应用的研究进展作一综述。 |

| Progress on the clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of rheumatoid arthritis |

| Abstract:Objective Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) was a systemic autoimmune disease, and known to cause continuous pain, recurrent process, and high rate of disability. It was a kind of diseases which was difficult to cure. Currently, the drug treatment, such as, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), hormone drugs, and biological agents, cost too much and produce side effects after long-term utility, which limit their application. Because of the advantages of better efficacy and less side effects, traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) had been widely used for the treatment of RA. Recent progresses in the research of TCM treatment and clinical application of RA were reviewed in this paper. |
