| 中文摘要:近年来,静脉吸入复合平衡麻醉的灵活性和可控性显著提高。本文回顾分析阿片类药物与吸入性麻醉药复合使用的临床文献,对两者相互作用的研究进展进行阐述,重点总结了不同阿片类药物对不同吸入性麻醉药MACBAR的影响特点,为临床合理应用两类药物,使平衡麻醉真正安全有效提供有益的参考。 |

| Effects of opioids on MACBAR of inhalational anesthetics |

| Abstract:In recent years, great achievements had been made in flexibility and controllability of combination of inhalational anesthetics with intravenous drugs for balanced anesthesia. Clinical literature of combined use of opioids and inhalational anesthetics were reviewed to elaborate the progresses in the studies of their interaction. The characteristics of effects of opioids on MACBAR of inhalational anesthetics were focused so as to provide beneficial references in administration of these two types of drugs rationally for safe and effective balanced anesthesia. |
