中文摘要:目的 采用RP-HPLC法测定雷公藤微乳中雷公藤内酯甲的含量。 方法 液相色谱条件为:Hypersil C18柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),流动相为乙腈-水(90:10);流速1.0 ml/min;柱温为室温;检测波长210 nm;进样量20 μl。 结果 雷公藤内酯甲在2.0~30.0 μg/ml范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为(100.16±0.56)%(n=9),3批样品中雷公藤内酯甲的平均含量分别为标示量的(98.92±0.92)%。 结论 该方法准确、灵敏,专属性强,重现性好,可作为雷公藤微乳中雷公藤内酯甲的含量测定方法。

Determination of Wilforlide in Tripterygium wilfordii multi-glucoside microemulsion by RP-HPLC
Abstract:Objective To develop a RP-HPLC method for the determination of Wilforlide in Tripterygium wilfordii multi-glucoside microemulsion. Methods The separation was performed on a Kromasil ODS C18 analytical column (150 mm×4.6 mm, 5μm) with the mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile-water(90:10).The detection wavelength was 210 nm.The column temperature was room temperature. The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min and the sample injection volume was 20 μl. Results Wilforlide presented a good line relationship in the range of 2.0~30.0 μg/ml(r=0.999 9). The average recovery rate was (100.16±0.56)%(n=9).The average contents of Wilforlide in three batch samples were(98.92±0.92)%. Conclusion It was a sensitive, selective and reliable method for the determination of Wilforlide in Tripterygium wilfordii multi-glucoside microemulsion.
