| 中文摘要:目的 客观反映上海市三级甲等医院药剂科的工作现状,揭示其工作模式。 方法 采用问卷调查和现场访谈的方式,观察和收集5所三级甲等医院药剂科有关人员配置、业务工作内容和数量等数据,应用统计学方法进行描述和比较。 结果 药剂科工作模式仍然以传统的药品供应保障模式为主,60%左右的药学人员从事药品调配工作,不到10%的药学人员承担临床药学工作。药剂科的信息化和自动化建设得到加强,药学科研工作得到重视,研究论文逐年增多。 结论 药剂科工作模式正处于供应保障模式向临床药学转变的萌芽状态。 |

| Investigation and analysis to the current situation of pharmacy department in third class A hospitals in shanghai |

| Abstract:Objective To objective reflect and reveal current situation and work mode of the pharmacy department in third class A hospitals in shanghai. Methods Through the questionnaire survey and on-site interviews , data about staffing , content and quantity of operations were observed and collected to describe and compare by statistical methods . Results The work mode of pharmacy department was still the traditional support model-based drug supplying, about 60% of the staff of pharmacy were engaged in drug supplying . Less than 10% of the staff were engaged in clinical pharmacy. Pharmacy information technology and automation construction had been strengthened. Attention had been paid to pharmaceutical research. The research papers increased year by year. Conclusion The work mode of pharmacy department was in the blossom which was transforming from drug supplying to clinical pharmacy. |
