| 中文摘要:目的 探讨Ⅰ类切口手术患者抗菌药物的使用及其合理性,进一步规范手术预防用抗菌药物的方法与措施。 方法 根据2009年"医疗质量万里行"活动内容,调查我院2009年甲状腺次全切除术、乳腺手术、腹股沟疝修补术三种Ⅰ类切口手术病历,分析其抗菌药物的使用情况。 结果 166份调查病历全部使用抗菌药物,其中切皮前≤2 h内给药的107例,占64.46％,预防用抗菌药物多为单一用药或两联用药。 结论 预防用抗菌药物未严格按照2009年"医疗质量万里行"及卫生部颁布的38号令围手术期预防用药原则应用,医院建立处方点评制度、合理用药专家质询制度,加强临床药师对不合理用药的干预后,促进手术患者预防用抗菌药物使用合理化。 |

| Evaluation of antibiotics utility in surgical patients withⅠclass incision in our hospital |

| Abstract:Objective To investigate the utility and rationality of antibiotics in surgical patients with I class incision and regulate the method of preventive utility of antibiotics in surgery. Methods 166 patients with surgical operation during 2009 were retrospectively analyzed. Results All patients were given antibiotics. 107 patients were received antibiotics in two hours before the operation. Most patients were received one or two antibiotics during hospitalization. Conclusion Guidelines on the use of antibiotics in surgical patients were not sufficient. It is important for pharmacist to participate in clinical rational administration. It is essential to strengthen the supervision of antibiotics. |
