中文摘要:瓜氨酸以其独特的药理作用,正被越来越广泛地应用于食品药品行业、保健品行业和化妆品行业。目前,瓜氨酸的生产主要有化学法、提取法、酶法和发酵法。本文综述了瓜氨酸的药理作用及目前国内外关于瓜氨酸的应用和研究现状,并对其发展前景进行了展望。

Progress on pharmacological activities and production methods of citrulline
Abstract:Citrulline was more and more widely used in food and drug industry, health products industry and cosmetics industry because of it's particular pharmacological effects. At present, there were four main methods for producing citrulline: chemical method, extraction method, enzymatic and fermentation method. The pharmacological effects, the application and research current situation about citrulline were summarized in home and abroad. The development prospects of citrulline were predicted.
