中文摘要:烟酰胺磷酸核糖转移酶(Nampt)是生命过程中不可或缺的蛋白,具有多种生理功能,对许多疾病如心脑血管疾病、糖尿病、癌症、自身免疫性疾病等有潜在的作用。阐明各种生理、病理状态以及化合物对Nampt表达水平的改变,可为Nampt的基础性和应用性研究起到推动作用。本文就各种因素对Nampt转录、表达调控的研究进展进行了较为系统的综述。

The regulatory factors and drug effects of nicotinamide phosphoribosyl transferase
Abstract:nicotinamide phosphoribosyl transferase (Nampt) is an essential protein with a variety of physiological functions and performs potential functions on many diseases such as cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, cancer and autoimmune diseases. It is of great significance to clarify the effect of physiological and pathological statuses as well as compounds on the expression level of Nampt, as it will promote the basic and applied researches. A systematic review about various factors regulating the transcription and expression of Nampt were carried out in this paper.
