| 中文摘要:目的:分析美国卫生机构药品费用增长的趋势与影响因素,探讨其关联性。方法:收集有关美国卫生系统药房药品费用增长的文献,采用描述性方法研究药品消耗费用增长与影响因素之间的关系。结果与结论:药品总费用仍将继续增长,但处方药费用的增长率明显放缓。影响药品费用增长的两大因素是新药开发上市和通用名药物的使用。 |

| The analyses of the trends and effect factors about drug expenditure of American health institutions |

| Abstract:Objective: To analyze the trends and effect factors of the drug expenditure in American health institutions and describe some rules.Methods:literatures about drug expenditure of pharmacies in American health system were collected and the relationship between drug expenditure and the factors was described.Results and Conclusion:The growth of the prescription drug expenditure in American health institutions has a significant decrease in the growth rate,but total drug expenditure remain a high growth.The primary factors that affect the drug expenditure are new drug's marketing and generic drugs. |
