| 中文摘要:目的:研究益胃颗粒中陈皮、木香挥发油的提取与β-环糊精包合的最佳工艺。方法:考察不同时间水蒸汽蒸馏得到的陈皮、木香的挥发油含量,并用正交实验设计筛选β-环糊精包合挥发油的工艺。结果:提取工艺为用10倍量的水浸泡药材颗粒30 min,水蒸气蒸馏法提取5 h,包合的最佳工艺为温度45℃,挥发油:环糊精比为1:10,包合时间2 h。结论:筛选的提取工艺操作简单,工艺稳定,挥发油的提取率和包合率均较高。 |

| Extracting and inclusion process of essential oil in Orange peels and Radix auckladiae |

| Abstract:Objective: To Search for best extracting and inclusion process in Orange peels and Radix auckladiae.Methods:The contents of essential oil extracted by steam distillation in orange peels and radix auckladiae were observed.The optimal conditions of the saturated aqueous solution method to bundle the essential oil were selected by orthogonal experiment design.Results: The best extracting process was by using 10 times water to immersion for 30 min,then extracted for 5 h.The best inclusion process was essential oil:β-CDas110,and the temperature was 60 ℃ for 3 h.Conclusion:The extracting process can extract essential oil sufficiently.The inclusion process has high inclusion rate,and it was stable and easy to operate. |
