| 中文摘要:目的:探讨芪参复康胶囊对小鼠的强壮益智作用,为该药的临床应用提供实验依据。方法:将小鼠分为芪参复康胶囊(0.3、0.6、1.2 g/kg)剂量组和空白对照组,观察给药后对小鼠的体重、游泳能力和记忆力的影响。结果:芪参复康胶囊3个剂量组均能明显增加小鼠体重,延长游泳时间,并增强小鼠的记忆力。结论:芪参复康胶囊对小鼠具有强壮益智作用。 |

| Effects of Qishenfukang capsule on improvement of physical and intellectual function on rats |

| Abstract:Objective:To investigated the effects of Qishenfukang capsule improving the physical and intellective function in rats,in order to provide laboratory evidence for clinical usage.Methods:The rats were divided into four groups.Qishenfukang capsule(0.3 g,0.6 g,1.2 g/kg)and placebo groups,respectively.Then their body weight,swimming ability and memory were tested.Results:Qishenfukang capsule could increase those rats' weight,prolong their swimming time and improve their memory obviously.Conclusion:Qishenfukang capsule could promote rats' strength and intellectual function. |
