| 中文摘要:目的:讨论中药药物警戒的现状及今后发展方向。方法:对照世界药物警戒的先进作法,回顾性分析中药药物说明书、药物警戒表达及有关中药注射剂诸方面存在的问题。结果:目前中药制剂在药物警戒方面有较大差距。结论:今后需重视中药上市前评价,制药企业应是药物警戒的主力,中药药物警戒应是医务人员的职责。 |

| Abstract:Objective: To discuss the current status and the developing direction of Chinese traditional drug pharmacovigilance.Methods: Comparing with the advanced work of the pharmacovigilance in the world.The instruction books,the expression of Chinese traditional medicine pharmacovigilance and some problems of the injections for Chinese traditional drug were analyzed.. Results: The obvious insufficiency in Chinese traditional drug pharmacovigilance existed.Conclusion: The pre-marking evaluation of Chinese traditional drug should be paid attention.Pharmaceutical enterprise should be the main force in the pharmacovigilance work.The Chinese traditional drug pharmacovigilance should be the medical workers'duty. |
