| 中文摘要:目的:建立测定养精胶囊中淫羊藿苷含量的高效液相色谱方法。方法:采用Phenomenex C18柱（250 mm×4．6 mm,5μm）;流动相:乙腈-水（30:70）;流速:0．8ml/min;检测波长:270 nm。结果:淫羊藿苷在122．2～611．0 ng范围呈良好线性关系,r=0．999 6,平均回收率98．2％,RSD 1．33％。结论:本法简便可行,准确性高,重现性好,适用于该制剂含量控制。 |

| Determination of icarrin in Yangjing capsule by HPLC |

| Abstract:Objective:To establish an HPLC method for determination of Icarrin in Yangjing Capsule.Methods:The determina- tion was performed on Phenomenex C18 column（250mm×4.6 mm,5μm）.The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water（30:70） with a flow rate of 0.8 mL/min.The detecting wavelength was at 270 nm.Results:The linear range of icarrin was 122.2～611.0 ng （r=0.9996）.The average recovery was 98.2%（RSD:1.33% ）.Conclusion:The established method is simple,convenient,accu- rate and reproducible,and suitable for the quality control of Icarrin content in Yangjing capsule. |
