| 中文摘要:目的 了解我院3年来降血糖药物的应用合理性,以及降血糖临床药物使用趋势.方法 统计降血糖药物的使用数据,采用DDDS法、金额排序法和金额序号与DDDS序号对比法进行分析研究.结果 我院降血糖药现有15个品种中,临床上最常用的药物分别是α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂、双胍类和磺酰脲类.结论 大多数药物的DUI≤1,表明我院降血糖药物用药基本合理. |

| Utilization study and economic analysis of hypoglycemic drugs |

| Abstract:Objective To find out the use rationality and trend of hypoglycemic drugs in our hospital these three years.Methods The utilization data of hypoglycemic drugs were collected, analysed and studied by means of their order and contrast of DDDS and sums of money.Results There are 15 kinds of hypoglycemic drugs in our hospital now, the most often used drugs are α-glucosidase inhibitor, diguanides and sulfonylureas.Conclusion For most drugs used we had the result: DUI≤1, this showed that the use of hypoglycemic drugs in our hospital was rational on the whole. |
