| 中文摘要:目的 建立复方苦参素胶囊中苦参碱的含量测定方法.方法 采用薄层-紫外分光光度法和经典恒温法测定.结果 线性范围为1.512-7.560μg/mL,加样回收率为97.29%,RSD为2.84%,苦参碱的有效期为1.2年.结论 该法简便准确,可以用于复方苦参素胶囊中苦参碱的含量测定和质量控制,结果显示复方苦参素胶囊中苦参碱比较稳定. |

| Determination and study on content and stability of matrine in compound ma-trine capsule |

| Abstract:Objective To determine the matrine in compound matrine capsule and to investigate the stability of matrine in compound matrine capsule, so as to establish the quality standard to control the quality of the drug.Methods The matrine was determined by thin-layer chromatography-ultraviolet pectrophotometry and classical isothermal method.Results The linear range was 1.512～7.560μg/mL.The average recovery rate was 97.29%,RSD =2.84%.The expiry date of matrine in compound matrine capsule was about 1.2 years.Conclusion; The method is simple, quick and accurate, also can be used as the quality control method for the compound matrine capsule.And the results showed that matrine in compound matrine capsule was stable. |
