| 中文摘要:目的 介绍传统中药两面针化学成分及其药理活性的研究进展。方法 以国内外相关文献作为基础,综述了两面针化学成分以及药理活性的研究成果。结果与结论 两面针所含的生物碱的种类很多,而且含量很高,两面针抗癌、镇痛作用的有效成分已经明确,由于其生物碱具有抗癌活性、结晶-8对癌症疼痛有一定的缓解作用,使两面针在癌症治疗方面更具有研究价值。 |

| Review of the study on the constituents and pharmacology of Zanthoxylum niti-dum |

| Abstract:Objective To introduce the development on the constituents and pharmacology of traditional Chinese medicine Zan-thoxylum nitidum. Methods The correlated literature at home and abroad was reviewed. Result and Conclusion Various types of alkaloids have been isolatecd from Zanthoxylum nitidum and they are all of high content. The effective constitutes of antitumor and analgesia have been convinced. Due to the antitumor activity of the alkaloids and relaxation pain of cancer of crystal-8, Zanthoxylum nitidum has high value in the research of cancer therapy. |
