| 中文摘要:目的 采用高效液相色谱法,建立咽舒糖浆中绿原酸的含量测定方法。方法 采用ODS分析色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,7μm);流动相为乙腈-0.4%磷酸溶液(15:85);流速:1mL/min;检测波长:327nm。结果 HPLC法测定绿原酸可达基线分离,在1.62-21.60μg线性良好,回归方程:A=2516409C-2979,r=1.0000,5次测定平均加样回收率为100.1 %,RSD为0.80%。结论 该法操作简便,结果准确,重现性好,可作为该制剂的质量控制方法。 |

| Determination of chlorogenic acid in Yanshu Tangjiang by high performance liquid chromatography |

| Abstract:Objective To develop a method for determination of chlorogenic acid in Yanshu Tangjiang by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods ODS C18 (4.6mm×250mm, 7μm) was selected and the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile -0.4% phosphoric acid (15:85)at the flow rate 1mL/min. The detection wavelength was 327nm. ResultsThe calibration curve was linear in the range of 1.62-21.60μg(r =1.0000). The average recovery of the method was 100.1%,RSD was 0.80% (n = 5). Conclusion This method was reliable and accurate. The method can be used to control the quality of preparation. |
