| 中文摘要:目的 不经分离直接测定中胃康胶囊中盐酸小檗碱的含量。方法 用TU-1901双光束紫外可见分光光度计采集吸收度信息,并通过数据转换将信息转到褶合光谱程序中,并由该程序单组分定量分析系统计算盐酸小檗碱的含量。结果 盐酸小檗碱的平均回收率和RSD分别为100.00%,0.03%。结论 本方法结果可靠、快速准确,可有效控制本品的质量。 |

| Determination of berberine hydrochloride in Zhongweikang capsules by convolution spectrometry method |

| Abstract:OBJECTIVE To determine berberine hydrochoride in Zhongweikan capsules without separation. METHODS The absorption data was measured by the UV-VIS spectrophotometer, the convolution spectrometry method was used to calculate the concentration of berberine hydrochoride after absorption data transformation. RESULTS The average recovery and RSD of berberine hydrocholoride were as follows; 100.00% 0.03%. CONCLUSION Convolution spectrometry is reliable, accurate and suitable for the determination of the drug contents in hospital preparations. |
