| 中文摘要:目的 建立甲砜霉素胶囊的含量测定方法 方法 以无水乙醇为溶剂,采用紫外分光光度法测定甲砜霉素胶囊的含量,测定波长为266nm.结果 线性范围 0.05～0.5mg·ml-1(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.83%,RSD为 0.49%.结论 该方法简便、快速、结果准确。 |
