| 中文摘要:目的 了解不同采收期对广霍香产量,含油率与挥发油成分的影响。方法 应用GC/MS联用技术分析比较不同采收期对高要广藿香的产量(平均单株干重)、含油率以及茎和叶中14个主要成分含量的影响。结果 随生长期的增长(从移栽当年7月翌年4月)产量逐渐增加,以11月份采收其全株含油率较高,叶油中广藿香酮以7月和9月最高,以后逐渐降低,广藿香醇含量则以9月、10月和11月较高,其它月份相对较低;茎油中,广藿香酮含量在7月、10月和1月为高峰期,以11月最低,广藿香醇含量全年变化不显着,以11月份之后含量较高。其它成分未显示其变化规律性。结论 如以挥发油含量作为质量评价指标,则以11月采收较为合适,与传统采收期相符。 |

| Influence of different collection time to constituents of uolatile oil of herba pogostemonis collected from gao yao county |

| Abstract:OBJECT How to influence constituents of the volatile oil of Herba pog ostemonis owing to different collection time.METHODS used by GC/MS combinati on technology.RESULTS The averagy dry weight of single plant(i.e.output)increase gradually from July to next April,the content of uolatile oil is highest in November.The contents of Pogostemone in the leaf oil are higher in July and September,then decrease gradually with growth time.Pachouli alco hol is higher in September,October and November,lower in other months.The contents of Pogostemone in stem oil are higher in July,October and next Janu ary,lowest in November.The content variation of Pachouli alcohol in stem oil are not obvious in all growth time,higher slightly only after November.Other compounds are not showed their variation law.CONCLUSION the quality of Herba Pogostemonis collected in November is higher if the content of volatile oil is used as a standard of qualify evaluation,the result is in accordance with traditional coll ection experience. |
