| 中文摘要:目的 建立水蜡树(Ligustrum obtusifolium Sieb.et Zucc.)中齐墩果酸的含量测定方法。方法 采用双波长薄层扫描法对水蜡树果实及叶子中齐墩果酸进行含量测定。结果 测得水蜡树果实中含量为0.395%,叶子中含量为0.228%,平均回收率为99.3%,RSD为2.08%.结论 本法简便可靠,结果稳定,重现性好。 |

| Abstract:OBJECTIVE To establish a mothod for the determination of oleanolic acid in the fruit and leaves of Ligustrum obtusifolium Sieb.et Zucc.METHOD:Thin-layer scanning chromatography(TLC) was used.RESULTS The concentration of oleanolic acid was 0.395% in the fruit and 0.228% in the leaves.The average recovery rate was 99.3% and RSD was 2.08%.CONCLUSION The method is simple and reliable.The results are steady and reappearance is good. |
