| 中文摘要:OTC药品具有疗效确切,安全性好,使用方便等优点。本文简要介绍了美国食品药品管理局(FDA)对OTC药品的分类、OTC药品的临床应用证据,OTC药品的广告、OTC药物的联合应用、OTC药品的一些重要法规、OTC药品的残存问题等规定。借鉴国外先进经验,以便更好地开展我国OTC药物的研究。 |

| Abstract:OTC drugs have the advantage of curative effect,safety and convience.This review mainly introduces the classification to OTC of FDA,providing with full clinical testimony,advertisement,drug combination,some important legislations and the questions remained about OTC.We should draw lesson from foreing advanced experience so that we can develop our study on OTC much better. |
