| 中文摘要:用活血素治疗急性脑梗塞50例,剂量4ml,bid,po×20d辅以5%G.S500ml+CoA100U,iv gtt,qd×20d用1～2个疗程。以低分子右旋精研500ml,iv gtt,qd×15d,1～2个疗程治疗30例为对照组。结果治疗组总有效率96%,症状改善明显.血液流变学指标下降,对照组总有效率66.7%。 |

| Clinical assossment of vasobral in treating acute cerebral infarctes |

| Abstract:Fifty Patients with acute cerebral infarcte were treated with vasobral 4ml PO.bid×20d, adjuvant 5% glucose injection in Coenzyme A100u, ivgtt, qd×20d, 1～2 to serve as a control.Another thirty patients received dextran 20500ml ivgtt qd×15d, 1～2 to serve as control.Results showed that the total response rate of the treated group was 96% with symptoms improved obviously and decrement of hemorheologic indices.The total response rate of the control group was 66.7%. |
