中文摘要:本次研究为了解决人血丙种球蛋白制品因纤溶酶原及纤格酶引起的IgG裂解问题,采用了L-赖氨酸与Sepharose 4B偶联后吸附制品中纤溶酶原及纤溶酶。结果表明,人血丙种球蛋白中纤港酶原及纤溶酶被吸附。被吸附过的制品与未被吸附过的制品相比较其裂解程度显著降低。因此,在人血丙种球蛋白生产工艺中,加入L-赖氨酸-Sepharose 4B吸附纤溶酶原和纤溶酶,可明显提高产品稳定性,解决人血丙种球蛋白裂解的问题,可提高产品的稳定性。

Adsorb fibrinolysin and profibrinolysin with L-Lysine-Sepharose 4B
Abstract:To increase stability and to solve the problem of splitting of human secrum γ-globulin products, we were used to adsorb fibrinolysin and profibrinolysin with L-Lysine-Sepharose 4B.The Result shows that fibrinolysin and profibrinolysin in the human secrum γ-globulin products are adsorpted.Compared with the unadsorbed products, the splitting degree ofthe adsorbed products was decreased obviosly.In manufacture production of human secrum γ-globulin products, adsorbing fibrinolysin and profibrinolysin with L-Lysine-sepharose 4B mayincrease stability of human secrum γ-globulin and solve splitting problem of the product.It is aeffective method to improv the production quality.
