| 中文摘要:本文叙述了妥苏沙星的体内外抗菌作用,毒性,药代动力学和临床应用。本品对革兰氏阳性和阴性菌等均有较强的抗菌活性,尤其对革兰氏阳性菌的抗菌作用,优于环丙沙星、氧氟沙星。本品口服吸收良好,临床上对各种感染性疾病有满意疗效,毒副反应少。 |

| Pharmacology and clinical effect of the tosufloxacin |

| Abstract:This article reports activities of the Tosufloxacin in vitro and in vivo, toxicity, pharmacokinetics, clinical effects. Tosufloxacin has a broad spectrum against Gram-postive and-negative bacteria. It has potent antibacterial activities against Gram bacteria was Superior to Ciprofloxacin and Ofloxacin. It was well absorbed after oral administration. Clinic had excellent effect with various infections of patients and side was low. |
